Neighborhood Housing Opportunities (NHO) was born out of partnership between the Memphis Leadership Foundation and Neighborhood Christian Centers.  The program is designed to empower the "working poor" toward economic stability through home ownership.  Since inception, almost 300 homes have been built by volunteers.
