Leadership Foundations of America was established in 1993 to strengthen and expand this network of local leadership foundations. With more than 30 leadership foundations throughout the nation, our members along with their members and local partners have helped millions of people by working with the community to build literacy programs, housing, employment, self-sustaining businesses, health care, food programs, mentoring, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, and more.
