The mission and purpose of the Memphis Leadership Foundation is to holistically meet the needs of urban poor men, women, boys and girls who live in under-resourced communities. Our mission is four-fold:
- Providing necessary resources for urban churches and Christian organizations to strengthen their existing ministries with urban people.
- Partnering and networking with urban churches and Christian organizations in order to create new ministries when and where necessary.
- Serving as a "conduit" for urban & suburban churches as they seek avenues for valid urban missions and partnerships in Memphis.
- Empowering indigenous leadership to minister effectively through creative programming.
